I'm unable to complete the set-up process. What can I do?

To experience UCM it's essential that you complete the set-up process.  Without this, we don't have enough data to begin the matching process.

If you were unable to complete the set-up process, please (force) close the app, re-launch and proceed through Initial Setup again.

If you still experience problems completing the set-up process, please contact our support team.
